An alternative to stretching, this class will move through basic positions and movements on the floor and standing, while teaching you how to release tension around your joints, maximize your flexibility, and help manage stress in your body.

It is designed for anyone who wants to just feel good, prevent or rehabilitate an injury, or simply improve his or her performance in a physical activity, sport or profession.

Based on the principles of The Alexander Technique, you will learn how to minimize unnecessary muscular effort and become stronger by relying on your inner core strength and natural sense of balance. Wear loose clothing.
